I've been studying Tai Chi and Qigong with Mr. Young since May 2015. I attend class three times a week with each class lasting approximately 50 minutes.
His calm, relaxed, confident demeanor leads to a good learning environment. From his vast and thorough knowledge of the subject I learn something new with each and every class. Also, through his encouragement, I have worked as his assistant in beginner classes. This has helped me to have a greater understanding of the art form.
My husband and I have been taking Tai Chi with Greg Young for almost 1 year. We both have seen and felt significant health benefits which include lower blood pressure, elimination of hip pain and greater balance. This is particularly important for my husband who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. It is great movement therapy for him and helps to exercise the brain through learning new skills with focus and concentration. But the beauty is that it benefits both of us!
